The Sun enters Pisces on February 18th at exactly 4:07 am CST and will stay here until March 20th. We now move away from the detached coolness of Aquarius and embrace a much more sympathetic and understanding way of living. For the next four weeks, foster empathy, practice acceptance, and make choices that show wisdom.
Pisces always marks the end of the astrological year, and it is the perfect sign to do so. We have now traveled all the way through the zodiac and are now being asked to release ourselves from the physical world to embrace a much more spiritual and transcendent plane.
We are also being called on to be much more emotionally intuitive. With Mars retrograde in Cancer, we have already begun working on the relationships between our actions and emotions. Now that the Sun is in Pisces, this process deepens as we continue to stay very connected to our feelings. We must regularly check in with ourselves and be honest about what our emotions are telling us to do.
Remembering who we are despite our experiences on earth will be very important over the next few months. With retrogrades in Venus and Mercury on the horizon, matters may become increasingly confusing if we can not rise above all the distractions. We will have to figure out which emotions are leading us toward our true selves and which are just fueling our destructive beliefs.
Wisdom and maturity will be our greatest tools during this time. We need to slow down, be more thoughtful, and always strive to make the most enlightened choices possible. It may not be easy to do, but it is truly our best approach when matters get overwhelming.
Remember that feelings are not just fleeting emotions but important information that can guide us on our journey of self-discovery. Even if we don’t always like what they are telling us, let's use them to understand ourselves better and make more honest and compassionate choices. As we continue this journey, may we find moments of enlightenment that guide us toward deeper wisdom and clarity, empowered by our introspection.
