Venus will enter Capricorn on Friday, November 5th, at exactly 5:44, am CDT. Venus will stay in Capricorn for around four months due to a retrograde cycle that will take place from December 19th until January 29th. We need to consider who we can build a future with, and more importantly, who do we want to build a future with? It’s time to get serious and prioritize the people you care about.
Venus in Capricorn does not appreciate superficial love or love based on illusion. It wants us to get realistic and put our energy towards love that lasts. Love that is built on trust, reliability, and commitment. The next four months will not be kind to those who are insincere or manipulative.
This is also an excellent time to focus on our finances. Create a practical plan with short and long-term goals and be more restrained in your spending.
Venus stays busy in Capricorn. (I will go over the retrograde connections in a future post don’t worry) First, it connects with Mercury on November 6th. Take an opportunity to have a deeper conversation with someone or communicate your love in a supportive way.
On November 14th, Venus squares off with Chiron, which may have us feeling bored in a relationship because our needs aren’t being met. Take a moment to step back and focus on yourself.
Venus connects with Uranus on November 18th, helping us appreciate the stable and supportive relationships in our lives and giving us a new perspective on the future. On November 30th, Venus connects with Neptune giving our relationships an extra boost of optimism.
Finally, Venus joins Pluto on December 11th. Relationships with a lack of commitment or solid foundation will really struggle. We may be especially fed up with games or a lack of seriousness from someone. Since this is right before Venus stations retrograde, prepare yourself to end up completely rethinking a struggling relationship.
Lastly, I want us to remember to set boundaries. Invest your time and energy in those who value and respect you.
