Venus enters Libra on November 8th at exactly 3:30 a.m. CST and will stay here until December 4th. While Venus was in Virgo, it may have been too easy to be critical of others and overly analytical about our relationships. Now Venus is back in one of the signs it likes best, which should help us be more tolerant and see matters much more reasonably.
Solar Eclipse and New Moon in Libra
On October 14th, there will be a New Moon in Libra at exactly 12:55 pm CDT and a Solar Eclipse. The eclipse will last from 11 a.m. until 3 p.m. in Chicago, but this varies on location, so please check www.timeanddate.com for more information. All eclipses are considerable, but this one is especially significant, so please prepare some time and space to be alone with your feelings this weekend.
Mars Enters Scorpio
Mars enters Scorpio on October 11th at exactly 11:04 pm CDT and will stay here until November 24th. Mars hasn’t been in one of the signs it rules since May of 2022, so I can not understate how significant this transit will be for us. For the next six weeks, we need to focus on actions that require a strong will and being perceptive as we involve ourselves intimately with what we desire.
Venus Enters Virgo
Venus enters Virgo on October 8th at exactly 8:11 pm CDT and will stay here until November 8th. Venus has been in Leo since the beginning of June because of its recent retrograde, putting a strain on our relationships and causing us to rethink parts of our financial situation. These issues can finally move in a different direction.
Mercury Enters Libra
Mercury Retrograde in Virgo
Mercury will station retrograde in Virgo on August 23rd at exactly 2:59 pm CDT and will continue this backward motion until September 15th. Retrogrades always create challenges for us, and this will be no exception. Making matters even more intense, this retrograde will also affect the Sun in Virgo as Mercury is its ruler, so prepare for an especially tricky next few weeks.
Sun Enters Virgo
The Sun enters Virgo on August 23rd at exactly 4:01 pm CDT and will stay here until September 22nd. Virgo’s ruler Mercury will be retrograde for most of this time, making the next four weeks more challenging than usual. Although this may be a frustrating period for many of us, we can use it to work on our problem-solving techniques and be more thoughtful about our intentions.
Pluto Enters Aquarius
Pluto is not the easiest planet to deal with precisely because it is so slow. Its lessons are exacted over time and drawn out gradually. So gradually that many of us don’t see Pluto coming until it is almost too late. Thankfully we get to experience Pluto entering Aquarius in stages before it makes Aquarius its home for the next 20 years.
Sun Enters Aries
The Sun enters Aries on March 20th at exactly 4:24 pm CDT and will stay here until April 20th. Although Aries is not one of the Sun’s home signs, it is territory the Sun feels very honored in as it has both exaltation and day triplicity in Aries. The Sun’s entry into Aries coincides with the Spring Equinox in the Northern Hemisphere and also marks the beginning of the astrological New Year.
Mercury Enters Aries
Mercury enters Aries on March 18 at exactly 11:24 pm CDT and will stay here until April 3rd. Mercury finally gets to leave Pisces, a sign where it’s debilitated, into more neutral territory. We are now able to be more quick-thinking and decisive, so for the next two and a half weeks, focus on initiating ideas and being outspoken.
Venus Enters Taurus
Venus enters Taurus on March 16th at exactly 5:34 pm CDT and will stay here until April 10th. This is a positive shift for Venus as it finally returns to one of its home signs after many months! Venus loves the strength and comfort Taurus provides because love (and money, Venus does rule money, after all) flourishes under stable conditions.
Saturn Enters Pisces
Saturn enters Pisces on March 7th at exactly 7:35 am CST and will stay here until 2026. The next three years are our opportunity to work on more practical or realistic uses of compassion and care. We will also shift our focus toward creating more certainty around confusing or ambiguous topics or concepts. Above all, we will only receive the kindness we give, and it will become more evident that what is at the root of our actions is what we will ultimately be confronted with.
Mercury Enters Pisces
Mercury enters Pisces at exactly 4:52 pm CST and will stay here until March 18th. Mercury finds Pisces an uncomfortable sign to be in, as Mercury prefers certainty and boundaries, and Pisces forces it to be more nebulous and indistinct. This may be a challenging time for us mentally, but if we embrace our inner voice and discard the need for concrete answers, we may actually discover a lot of valuable information sitting inside of us.

Venus is uncomfortable in Aries, as Aries is a Mars-ruled sign, so our values will undergo a significant shift for the next few weeks. We will move away from deepening our emotional connections toward a more passionate but riskier approach.
Sun Enters Pisces
The Sun enters Pisces on February 18th at exactly 4:34 pm CST and will stay here until March 20th. For the last few months, we’ve been dealing with a strong Saturn-ruled Sun, which definitely made our choices feel much more serious and consequential. Now we can focus on making decisions that take our emotions into account and learn to pay attention to our sensitivities, as both give us important information about ourselves and how we interplay with the wider world.

The Sun in Aquarius is much more curious about bigger concepts and sees matters from an all-encompassing perspective. This is not the time for us to be myopic or close-minded. For the next four weeks, focus on looking ahead wisely with a cool head.

For the second time in a row, Venus will be ruled by a strong Saturn, pushing us to raise our standards and avoid annoying relationships. Again, if we are approaching others unseriously, we may not get positive results.
